Having a process in place for your work; whether it’s your day to day operations or projects you’ve completed, is like a roadmap that you can share with others. It can be fine-tuned and adjusted as needed, but it lays the foundation for someone else to help or take over. When we have clients that come to us with processes in place it’s easy for a VA to jump in and get started.
